Cancellation Policy

At Homez Central, we understand that order requirements may sometimes change. Customers may request cancellation of eligible orders by contacting our support team before the order has been dispatched.

Eligible Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation if:

  • The order has not been shipped or dispatched
  • The product is not customized, made-to-order, or specially procured
  • Payment verification has been successfully completed

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Special-order or imported products
  • Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped
  • Products prepared specifically as per customer requirements

Cancellation Approval

All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by Homez Central.

Homez Central reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests in cases involving operational limitations, stock allocations, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or misuse of cancellation policies.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For approved cancellations, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
